New House

Well, this has been one excellent month.

As some of you know the wife and I have been renting our flat for the last year, and we have decided to buy our first house.

We are currently living in Pretoria,but since Cindy and Me are working from home we decided we are going to move back to Krugersdorp to be close to family and friends.

We started off by going each Saturday and look at houses. The first two weeks were the worst, nothing worthwhile, and also the shock(again) of the prices the places go for.

We at last found a place in a reasonable area, 5 bedroom house, now me and Cindy can each have our own offices, and even let some of the remote working guys come work at our house if necesary.

We believe it is a must to get such an investment on your name, and we are very excited. The past week we almost bought an apartment as a second investment but stopped ourselves before taking this step, we first need to get used to paying the house.

Another happening in my life is that I maybe getting a new Ford Explorer soon, either by going over to Dallas,Texas and importing or buying one local, got a few options to choose from.
